Just sign up or log in to your account. You’ll instantly earn welcome reward points and can begin watching broker reels, browsing hot deals, and entering contests.

Reward points are earned by:
  • Watching and liking broker reels
  • Referring friends
  • Giving feedback after a property deal
  • Participating in contests (even if you don’t win)
  • You can redeem points for gifts, electronics, travel rewards, and even a 2 BHK flat when you reach 1 crore points.

Each contest entry gives you a unique ticket. Tickets go into a Lucky Draw held monthly or quarterly.

  • Winners: Get real prizes
  • Non-winners: Tickets convert to reward points
  • Milestones: Collect 500 or 1000 tickets to unlock bonus gifts

After a property deal, your agent will give you a QR code. Scan it to leave a review using tags like “Quick Closure” or “Best Agent.” Each tag adds reward points to both you and the agent.

Pick your team of 5 agents each month. Your selected agents earn fantasy points based on:

  • Reviews
  • Feedback tags
  • Business volume

If your team ranks highest, you earn 100 bonus points.

Agents earn points from:

  • Likes on their videos
  • Client feedback with high-value tags
  • Successful deal closures
  • More points = better ranking = more visibility and leads on the platform.

Agents can sign up directly or via a partner site. Premium agents are automatically listed with a verified profile and can upload property reels and receive client leads.

Higher-ranked agents are more likely to be selected by users for Fantasy Teams, appear higher in listings, and get more client leads. Rankings are updated based on performance and engagement.
